Morning Yoga Practice
Most mornings at Orchard Recovery Center begin with a guided yoga session designed to gently awaken the body and mind. This approachable class is suitable for all experience levels and provides a calm, supportive way to start the day.
Rather than an intensive workout, morning yoga focuses on light movement and regulated breathing helping you get your blood flowing and prepare for the day ahead alongside your peers.
*Yoga is an optional component of the program, and everyone is invited to participate. Many clients find that starting the day with yoga promotes focus and everyone is strongly encouraged to participate at least once.
